Role Overview
We are looking for an Android Developer with over one year of experience in Java and Kotlin programming combined with expertise in Android SDK and RESTful APIs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, maintaining, and improving high-standard Android apps.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, develop, test, and maintain Android mobile applications.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to deliver intuitive and attractive user interfaces.
- Integrate backend services, third-party libraries, and APIs efficiently.
- Ensure the applications meet standards for performance, security, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot bugs, enhance app stability, and optimize overall application performance.
- Publish and manage applications on the Google Play Store, including updates.
- Keep abreast of the latest Android development trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Strong competence in Java and Kotlin programming languages.
- Proficient with Android SDK and development using Android Studio.
- Understanding of software architectural patterns such as MVVM and MVC.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and JSON data formats.
- Familiar with Firebase services and push notification implementation.
- Knowledgeable in Git and version control processes.
- Basic grasp of application security principles and performance tuning techniques.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Android Jetpack components is advantageous.
- Familiarity with integrating payment gateways into apps.
- Understanding of Google Play Store app publishing requirements and policies compliance.
