Backed by leading investors such as Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth, and Sequoia, ElevenLabs has secured $781 million in funding and is valued at $22 billion.

  • ElevenAPI: offering developers access to advanced AI audio foundational models.

Work Culture

  • Fast-paced with rapid experimentation and autonomous lean teams minimizing bureaucracy.
  • Focus on impact rather than job titles, encouraging all tasks to be embraced equally.
  • Company-wide AI-first approach for improved speed and quality across functions.
  • Commitment to excellence matching the quality of their AI models.
  • A truly global team prioritizing talent over location.

Employee Benefits

  • Opportunity to contribute to a generational AI revolution alongside a highly innovative team.
  • Multiple growth avenues beyond immediate role for driving significant impact.
  • Annual discretionary stipends supporting professional development and social travel to meet colleagues.
  • Yearly company offsites at diverse locations such as Croatia and Italy.
  • Co-working stipends for employees outside main hubs.

Role Overview

As one of the first Analytics Engineers on the Data team, you'll lead the transformation of raw data into strategic insights by developing the organization's metric layer and analytics standards using dbt. This role involves defining certified company-wide metrics, ensuring their integrity, and collaborating across functions to create reliable data products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a top-tier metric layer: including conventions for modeling, project architecture, testing, continuous integration, and thorough documentation.
  • Design and administer certified KPI datasets related to product performance (activation, adoption, retention, usage), financial metrics (billing, ARR, revenue), and other company-wide measures ensuring audit compliance.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering to advance data warehouse structures and convert unclear inquiries into dependable, reusable data solutions, including those accessible by AI agents.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience in building and scaling dbt projects and metrics layers, preferably as an early analytics engineer in a growing setup.
  • Advanced proficiency in dbt and SQL, with deep understanding of dimensional modeling, data grains, and incremental data processing patterns.
  • Familiarity with modern data stack components, including BigQuery or similar data warehouses, Python, and BI tools like Looker.
  • Strong dedication to data quality through consistent testing, documentation, and reconciliation; a keen eye for detecting hidden model inaccuracies.
  • Excellent communication skills to interpret diverse stakeholder needs, assert constructive feedback, and translate into well-documented, generalized models.
  • Additional desirable experience: handling billing, subscription, and ARR datasets (e.g., Stripe, Salesforce), large-scale product event data, data provisioning for large language model-based agents, semantic/metrics layers for AI tools, and implementing continuous integration and infrastructure-as-code for data warehouse governance.

Work Arrangements

This remote-first position is open to candidates located anywhere within Europe, with working hours aligned to GMT and GMT+1 time zones. Alternatively, candidates can work from ElevenLabs offices located in London or Warsaw.
