Role Overview

This Analyst position is tailored for entry-level professionals with up to two years of experience, aiming to contribute meaningfully to client projects while expanding their advisory capabilities. The role centers around strategic consulting engagements supporting technology-related business transformations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Collaborate with executives and senior leaders to develop technology strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Design and implement operating models for technology, transformation, and digital functions.
• Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering and analyze options for business applications and capabilities.
• Manage technology procurement and commercial activities, including market assessments and vendor evaluations.
• Provide enterprise architecture advice focusing on system rationalization and scalability for growth.
• Shape transformation programs through business case preparation, delivery strategies, value realization, and governance support.

Qualifications and Candidate Profile

• 0-2 years’ experience in consulting, advisory, professional services, or relevant industry roles involving stakeholder engagement and analytical recommendations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude with the ability to structure complex issues and propose actionable solutions.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with the capability to build relationships, work effectively in teams, and adapt to evolving client needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills suitable for diverse stakeholder groups.
• Growth-oriented attitude manifested through curiosity, eagerness to learn, and dedication to high-quality work delivered with integrity.
• Basic knowledge of enterprise technology domains such as enterprise architecture, service management, technology operating models, and cloud computing.
• Understanding of technology delivery and transformation methodologies including business analysis, data insights, user experience, agile methodologies, and process improvements.
• Interest in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies as tools to solve business challenges and enhance organizational value.
• Experience facilitating or supporting workshops and translating discussions into clear recommendations or investment priorities.
