Job description
Role Overview
As an SAP BASIS Analyst or Senior Analyst, you will engage with global innovative teams to support and optimize SAP environments. Your role will involve administering SAP BASIS, BTP, and cloud-based SAP applications, collaborating closely with SAP process and technical teams to manage requirements, incident resolutions, and system improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert SAP BASIS and BTP administration for SAP On-Premise applications such as S/4HANA and GTS, and cloud platforms inclusive of SAP BTP, IBP, and Ariba.
- Manage ongoing BASIS activities including Transport Management, Batch Job Monitoring, System Refreshes, Monthly Maintenance, Parameter Optimization, and annual Disaster Recovery drills.
- Implement and maintain SAP landscapes within SAP Private Cloud environments (RISE with SAP), ensuring compliance with quality standards and GXP regulations.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders through written and verbal mediums.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 3 to 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP BASIS and BTP administration, with cloud SAP application administration exposure.
- Prior involvement in at least one RISE with SAP project, demonstrating ability to collaborate with SAP TSM and technical teams on production issue resolution.
- Deep understanding of SAP ECS processes, including SRs and ASRs management and clear articulation of roles and responsibilities.
- Strong skills in SAP S/4HANA, Fiori administration, and SAP printer issue resolution.
- Proficient in Single Sign-On (SSO) configurations for Fiori, SAPGUI, and BTP IAS administration.
- Advanced knowledge of SAP BTP subaccount and global administration.
- Experience in SAP Integration suite, including administration, SaaS integration via Cloud Connector, SAP IBP, CI-DS, and end-to-end SAP Ariba integrations.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts on weekdays, including on-call support during weekends and holidays.
- Additional skills that enhance candidacy include familiarity with Cloud ALM and SAP batch management tools like Redwood RMJ, BPA, or CPS.

The role requires readiness to participate in rotational shifts with specific timings assigned accordingly. Candidates should be prepared for weekend and holiday on-call duties to ensure continuous system support.
