Role Summary

The Analyst, Product Solutions & Billing position supports the Corporate Solutions team by assisting the Team Lead in motivating and managing the team to ensure timely, accurate issuance of bills and insurance policy contracts. The role also involves driving operational improvements to enhance billing efficiency and control for Group Business by collaborating with various departments such as Sales & Marketing, Operations, and OSS teams. The goal is to streamline onboarding and renewal processes while reducing billing turnaround time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, issue, and deliver Group Insurance policy contracts, endorsements, and billing documents.
  • Manage assigned client portfolio and contribute to project execution efficiently.
  • Monitor and track new business and policy renewals by working closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure timely receipt of information.
  • Set up and verify new and renewal policies within the core system.
  • Conduct thorough diligence checks to maintain high billing accuracy.
  • Participate in operational improvement projects, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Ensure adherence to service level agreements and commitments.
  • Stay informed about regulatory compliance risks impacting operations.
  • Maintain professional communication with clients, intermediaries, and team members, including conference calls for complex or high-value accounts.
  • Respond promptly to email enquiries.
  • Undertake additional projects as assigned.

Candidate Profile

  • Diploma holder with at least two years of operational experience in the insurance industry.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work efficiently under deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills with effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experienced in maintaining and managing client relationships.
  • Process-focused and committed to continuous improvement.
