Job Overview

The Revenue Operations Analytics & Reporting Analyst plays a critical role within the Commercial & Market Analytics team, primarily focused on creating and managing Power BI dashboards, tracking essential business KPIs, and extracting actionable insights to facilitate revenue growth and operational excellence. This position collaborates with multiple departments to guarantee precise reporting, uphold data quality, and enhance the visibility of commercial performance.

Daily Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and continuously update Power BI dashboards and related reporting tools.
• Oversee KPI scorecards and monitor performance metrics related to Revenue Operations and commercial units.
• Ensure data accuracy and maintain the integrity of reporting outcomes.
• Perform thorough ad hoc data analyses to uncover trends, risks, and potential growth opportunities.
• Interpret business needs into effective reporting and analytical frameworks.
• Contribute to forecasting tasks, business performance reviews, and leadership reporting demands.
• Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams on analytics projects.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or comparable disciplines is required.
• Minimum of three years professional experience in business analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or revenue operations roles.
• Proficient in Power BI with hands-on experience in data modeling, DAX formulation, and the creation of compelling visualizations.
• Advanced skills in Excel combined with strong analytical problem-solving capabilities.
• Experienced in developing and managing KPIs, dashboards, and executive-level reporting mechanisms.
• Excellent communication skills with proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
