Job Overview
This role as an Inbound Chat Analyst focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales through live chat interactions targeting customers in the United States. The position combines service excellence with proactive sales and upselling efforts to boost revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Promptly respond to customer inquiries via chat in a professional and respectful manner.
- Engage customers through effective communication to gauge their needs and offer accurate information on products, pricing, and deals.
- Identify and seize opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services.
- Handle objections and concerns empathetically and strategically to close sales.
- Record all customer interactions comprehensively in the organization's CRM system.
- Consistently achieve or surpass individual and team sales goals by capitalizing on every chat opportunity.
- Maintain thorough understanding of the company’s offerings, as well as current industry trends and best practices.
Basic Qualifications
- Exceptional English written communication skills.
- Prior experience in customer service and sales, ideally within a chat or online support setting.
- Strong multitasking, time management, and prioritization abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the agility to think quickly.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Familiarity with basic computer operations and experience using CRM software.
Education Requirements
A bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
