About the Role

We are a US-based e-commerce company seeking a full-time Virtual Assistant specialized in identifying high-demand products from various suppliers to sell on Amazon. This role focuses on thorough market analysis and product selection aimed at achieving significant sales growth following our guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive product research to find trending and profitable items with high demand and minimal competition.
• Analyze market trends, consumer behaviors, and seasonal factors to predict product success.
• Evaluate competitors' listings, pricing strategies, and customer feedback to discover market gaps and opportunities.
• Calculate profit margins by factoring in Amazon fees, shipping costs, and sourcing expenses.
• Scan product catalogs systematically and cross-verify data across different sources and software platforms.
• Upload selected products for sale on Amazon as per procedures.

Requirements

• Proficient English communication skills, ideally at C1-C2 level or above, verifiable.
• Minimum of two years of relevant professional experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience in interpreting data and utilizing Excel or Google Sheets effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with various online software tools related to e-commerce operations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI-based tools to optimize business workflows and processes.
• Knowledge of data scraping techniques.
