Role Responsibilities

• Architect and oversee search and recommendation systems that bolster the content team, supporting content ecosystem growth.
• Apply machine learning-driven personalization approaches, design principles, and tools to improve how content is matched and distributed efficiently.
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of content recommendation systems, applying business insights to drive AI product improvements, enhancing both content experience and business performance.
• Lead the creation of pivotal content recommendation components using data-centric methods aimed at maximizing content relevance and user impact.
• Partner effectively with content, business, and product management stakeholders to detect needs and opportunities in content-related scenarios and collaboratively set success benchmarks.

Candidate Requirements

• Hold a Master’s or PhD degree in Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Computer Science, or Applied Mathematics with a minimum of 5 years of applicable professional experience, ideally within the content domain.
• Proficient with mainstream machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow through practical experience.
• Experience developing scalable, large-scale applications, preferably in content-centric user-facing environments.
• Strong demonstrated ability to collaborate across international content teams and work effectively in a cross-functional manner.
• A publication history in prestigious conferences or journals will be considered advantageous.
