Job Overview

We are seeking an Algorithm Engineer specializing in Artificial Intelligence Generated Content (AIGC) to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will contribute to all phases of development, from designing training pipelines to delivering production-ready model implementations focused on video generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end training pipelines for large-scale AIGC models, including handling data curation and ensuring stability and efficiency during training by optimizing computation, communication, and storage elements.
  • Participate in designing system architectures for video generation models, encompassing foundational model training, post-training refinement, and quality improvements.
  • Develop evaluation and alignment frameworks to enhance the quality of model outputs through preference alignment and reward modeling techniques.
  • Explore novel capabilities in AIGC such as long-duration video generation, multi-modal content understanding, and methods to accelerate inference.
  • Stay updated with the latest AIGC research trends, coordinate project plans, and implement state-of-the-art solutions suitable for production environments.

Candidate Requirements

  • Must currently be enrolled in or have earned a Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, AI, or a closely related discipline from a respected university, expected to graduate by May 2027 with plans to join by June 2027.
  • Possess a robust record of publications in prestigious conferences or journals.
  • Solid understanding and familiarity with video generation architectures and diffusion-based generative models.
  • Proven experience in transitioning research outcomes into functional systems.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, capable of collaborating effectively with both research and engineering departments.
