About the Role
We are looking for motivated individuals to join Airtel Payments Bank as Field Sales Executives (FSE), Bank Trainees, or Senior FSEs in the Retail Banking and BC Point Acquisition department. The role involves engaging in field sales activities focused on retailer onboarding and banking point activation within the South Delhi area.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new Business Correspondent (BC) Points and retailers.
- Activate Airtel Payments Bank's AIP/Banking Points effectively.
- Manage retailer KYC and documentation processes.
- Provide training to retailers and support their business activation.
- Facilitate savings account openings and customer acquisitions.
- Handle AEPS transactions including cash withdrawals and deposits.
- Conduct money transfer operations.
- Manage BBPS, recharge, and other banking services.
- Increase productivity and transaction volumes of existing retailers.
- Perform daily field visits with timely sales and business reporting.
- Meet monthly sales and business targets consistently.
Compensation and Benefits
- Fixed take-home salary: ₹21,000 per month.
- Monthly petrol/travel allowance of ₹2,500.
- Incentives up to ₹25,000 based on retailer onboarding, active retailer engagement, account openings, AEPS/MT/BBPS business, and target achievements.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduation or above preferred.
- If possessing 2 years or more of sales experience, candidates with 12th pass qualification are eligible.
- Prior experience in field sales, fintech, banking, or merchant acquisition is advantageous.
- Comfort with frequent daily market visits and direct retailer/customer acquisition is essential.

Areas include Mahipalpur, Vasant Vihar, Qutub Minar, Chhattarpur, Fateh Nagar, Bhati Mines, Sultanpur, Mehrauli, Vasant Kunj, R.K. Puram, Munirka, Bhikaji Cama Palace, Chanakyapuri, Rajpur Khurd, Jaunapur, Katwaria Sarai, Jia Sarai, Naya Sarai, Ghitorni, Masoodpur, Vasant Village, Kishangarh - all within South Delhi.
