Job Purpose
The Aircraft Maintenance Planner is responsible for tracking, scheduling, and preparing work packages, as well as coordinating aircraft maintenance activities at designated maintenance stations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan all short-term maintenance activities, including time-limited component replacements and MEL (Minimum Equipment List) deferrals.
- Collaborate with Base Planning, Materials, and designated Maintenance Station teams to integrate non-routine and deferred maintenance tasks into scheduled Line Maintenance events.
- Work with Maintenance Station management to create daily work packages, set priorities, and optimize workload distribution.
- Develop detailed job instruction cards for designated Maintenance Stations, considering required skills, tools, and materials.

Qualifications and Experience
- University degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of two years’ work experience.
- Experience working with commercial jet aircraft; experience in corporate aviation preferred, commercial airline experience also acceptable.
