Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily air freight export procedures meticulously from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate effectively with customers, suppliers, and carriers to guarantee timely and smooth shipment deliveries.
• Adhere to and achieve required performance and compliance benchmarks with dedication and integrity.
• Prepare and manage all necessary export documentation efficiently.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrate confidence and professionalism to represent Hellmann positively, establishing client trust, resolving challenges, and delivering top-tier service.
• Possess more than two years of experience in air freight operations.
• Have comprehensive knowledge of airfreight logistics industry practices and procedures.
• Exhibit keen attention to detail while managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Show strong organisational and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
• Be proficient in using CargoWise software.
• Holding a customs pin is considered a significant advantage.
• Experience handling perishable export goods is highly valued.
• Availability to participate in a rotating weekend work schedule.
