Key Responsibilities

• Replace air filters in educational institutions, industrial settings, and retail chains.
• Clean filters thoroughly to eliminate dust, contaminants, and debris.
• Inspect filters for signs of damage or deterioration and replace when necessary.
• Document filter maintenance and replacements accurately.
• Adhere strictly to safety guidelines while handling filters and operating equipment.

Skills and Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail to ensure filters are correctly installed and maintained.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools such as screwdrivers.
• Good organizational and communication capabilities, including coordinating with dispatch to keep filter replacement schedules and records updated.

Work Schedule and Conditions

• Expected weekly work hours range between 40 to 60 hours.
• Shift types include 8, 10, or 12-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, with possible overtime.
• Role requires traveling with occasional overnight stays; company provides a vehicle, gas card, phone, uniforms, lodging, and per diem during overnight trips.
