Air Filter Specialist

Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Air Filter Specialist to join our operations team. This role focuses on replacing, cleaning, and maintaining air filters across schools, industrial settings, and retail chains to ensure equipment operates efficiently.

Key Duties

• Replace air filters in various environments such as educational institutions, industries, and chain stores.
• Clean filters thoroughly to eliminate dirt, debris, and other contaminants.
• Inspect filters regularly for any signs of damage or wear and replace them when necessary.
• Keep detailed records of all filter replacements and maintenance actions.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols while handling filters and operating equipment.

Skills and Qualifications

• High attention to detail to guarantee filters are correctly installed and maintained.
• Competence in basic tool usage, including screwdrivers and similar hand tools.
• Strong organizational skills and clear communication abilities to coordinate with dispatch teams and maintain accurate scheduling and record-keeping.

Additional Information

The company provides a vehicle for your route, a gas card, uniforms, and a company phone to support your daily activities. This position requires flexibility for travel, including occasional overnight stays. In such cases, lodging and per diem expenses are covered by the employer.

Work Schedule and Benefits

• Workweek ranges from 40 to 60 hours.
• Shifts can be 8, 10, or 12 hours long, covering daytime hours, Monday through Friday, with possible overtime.
