Aide, Registered Dietician

Overview

The Registered Dietician Aide supports dietetic services within a healthcare environment by assisting in daily operations and providing patient support.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist with nutritional assessments conducted by dieticians.
• Support dietetic staff in their duties and ensure accurate meal delivery to patients.
• Maintain thorough and current documentation related to nutritional care.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Ensure compliance with established dietary guidelines and standards.
• Contribute to delivering high-quality patient care.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of two years recent experience in a relevant dietetic or healthcare specialty.
• Possession of applicable licenses or certifications, including but not limited to ACLS, BLS, or NIHSS.
• Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with patients and team members.
• Submission of a current resume and two professional references is preferred.
