The role focuses on creating content for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and various ad creatives, with a preference for those experienced in Android app promotions.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce engaging short-form videos using a blend of AI technology and traditional editing techniques.
• Edit content including Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and performance marketing ads.
• Convert scripts and conceptual ideas into compelling visual narratives.
• Innovate with hooks, video formats, and diverse creative styles to enhance viewer engagement.
• Collaborate closely with creative and content teams to align outputs with project goals.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro is essential.
• Practical experience in AI-based video creation and editing workflows.
• Strong insight into Hindi content trends, audience behavior, and cultural nuances.
• Excellent storytelling skills with attention to pacing and visual creativity.
• Previous experience producing or editing Hindi language content is preferred.
• Background in app promotion or advertising activities is an advantage.
• Open to candidates ranging from freshers to professionals with 2-3+ years of relevant experience.
