Role Overview

The AI Video Editor role involves planning, editing, and producing top-tier video content to enhance AGPH Books' educational and promotional efforts. This full-time, on-site position located in the Greater Bhopal Area requires close collaboration with the content, design, and marketing teams to transform educational and brand messaging materials into captivating visual narratives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and edit raw footage using AI-assisted editing tools.
• Perform color grading to maintain visual consistency and superior image quality.
• Add motion graphics and incorporate static graphics as necessary to enrich content.
• Maintain organized project files adhering to brand and style guidelines.
• Optimize videos for diverse platforms and experiment with new formats for educational and promotional materials.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in video editing, AI-enhanced workflows, and best industry practices to continually elevate video content quality and engagement.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in video production and editing, managing the entire lifecycle of educational and promotional videos.
• Strong skills in video color grading ensuring consistent and high-quality visuals.
• Proficiency in motion graphics for crafting animated and engaging visual components.
• Competence in graphic design or adaptation for alignment with branding and educational goals.
• Experience with professional video editing software such as Flow, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, alongside familiarity with AI-powered editing tools.
• Excellent visual storytelling capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and knowledge of aspect ratios and format requirements specific to various platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects efficiently, and meet tight deadlines within a dynamic academic publishing environment.
