Role Overview

This full-time position based in Mumbai requires an AI Video Editor Assistant focused on crafting visual assets for digital and print media. The role involves designing product interfaces, marketing materials, engaging social media creatives, and presentation graphics. It demands maintaining brand consistency, partnering with product, marketing, and engineering teams, and distilling complex medical and technical information into compelling visual narratives.

Key Responsibilities

• Create packaging designs including kit packaging, test-card artwork, and instruction leaflets.
• Manage clinic collateral such as posters, doctor-targeted one-pagers, and sample reports.
• Ensure brand consistency across products, print, and digital domains during scaling.
• Prepare print-ready assets and liaise with vendors for production output.
• Develop performance advertising creatives, iterating based on conversion data.
• Design landing pages, email campaigns, and social media content in collaboration with growth teams.
• Generate pitch decks and product materials tailored for partners and international audiences.
• Produce numerous iterations rapidly, prioritizing volume and speed over perfection.
• Participate in user interviews and clinic visits to extract insights and implement design changes.
• Prototype and test designs before handing off to engineering teams.
• Maintain organized, ready-to-use files to facilitate accurate engineering implementation.
• Bring creative direction, references, and thoughtful perspectives beyond simple execution.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience range from 0 to 2 years or a portfolio that demonstrates strong design thinking regardless of tenure.
• Proficiency in Figma is essential; familiarity with Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and AI design tools is preferred.
• Portfolio should reveal the design thought process along with final deliverables, including rough drafts.
• Excellent typography and layout sensibilities.
• Willingness to design diverse items including packaging boxes and other unusual formats beyond typical comfort zones.
• Openness to feedback and the ability to iterate swiftly without ego.
• Though not mandatory, skills in motion graphics, 3D modeling, or illustration are advantageous.
• A genuine interest in health, fitness, or medical diagnostics is a positive asset.
