About the Role

Arsh Technosoft Pvt. Ltd. seeks a creative and technically adept AI Video Editor to blend conventional video editing expertise with cutting-edge AI technologies for the production of high-quality, engaging video content. This role entails collaborating closely with marketing, design, and content teams to convert concepts, scripts, and raw footage into polished videos tailored for various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit both short and long-form videos suited for social media channels, websites, advertisements, and marketing efforts.
• Leverage AI-driven video generation, editing, voice-over, subtitle, and enhancement software to boost production efficiency.
• Create diverse content including Reels, YouTube videos, Shorts, promotional, product, and advertisement videos.
• Transform scripts and ideas into compelling visual narratives enriched with transitions, motion graphics, text animations, appropriate music, sound effects, subtitles, and visual effects.
• Apply AI tools for advanced functions such as background removal, object substitution, image/video synthesis, voice rendering, dubbing, and video enhancement.
• Produce multiple video versions optimized for varying platforms and formats while maintaining brand consistency with fonts, colors, and messaging.
• Collaborate effectively with writers, graphic designers, marketing teams, and developers for content alignment.
• Conduct quality checks ensuring video accuracy, timing, audio clarity, and visual harmony.
• Stay abreast of evolving AI video generation and editing technologies.
• Organize project assets, files, and final outputs efficiently.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proficient knowledge of professional video editing techniques and software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.
• Experience utilizing AI video and creative tools including but not limited to Runway, Kling, Pika, Veo, Adobe Firefly, and ElevenLabs.
• Understanding of AI-assisted video creation workflows, motion graphics, animation basics, color correction, and audio editing.
• Capability in creating subtitles, captions, and platform-specific video outputs.
• Awareness of video resolution standards, codecs, aspect ratios, and export settings tailored for social media content.
• Strong creative vision with an aptitude for visual storytelling, attention to detail, and an excellent sense of timing and composition.
• Effective communication, teamwork skills, ability to meet deadlines, openness to experimenting with new AI tools, and a problem-solving approach.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in related fields such as Animation, Multimedia, Film/Video Production, Graphic Design, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or Computer Applications is preferred.
• Candidates with an impressive practical portfolio and demonstrated AI video editing skills may be considered irrespective of formal education.
• Professional experience ranging from 1 to 3 years in video editing, digital media, or content creation is ideal.

Preferred AI Capabilities

• Competency with AI-driven text-to-video and image-to-video generation.
• Familiarity with AI avatars, presenters, voice-over, dubbing, automatic subtitle generation, video enhancement, upscaling, background/object removal, generative video effects, script-to-video transformation, and AI-facilitated content repurposing.
