Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging short-form videos such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional and educational videos.
• Develop video concepts, hooks, and scripts using AI-assisted tools.
• Transform ideas, topics, and marketing briefs into complete video productions.
• Leverage AI for generating videos, images, B-roll footage, voiceovers, avatars, and other visual elements.
• Edit videos incorporating dynamic transitions, captions, motion graphics, music, sound effects, and animations.
• Produce social media-oriented videos designed to maximize engagement and viewer retention.
• Create content focused on education, examinations, admissions, entrance tests, colleges, and student-centered themes.
• Repurpose existing materials into varied video formats.
• Write effective prompts to guide AI for image and video generation.
• Research current trends in video formats, hooks, sounds, and content presentation styles.
• Ensure brand consistency throughout all video outputs.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to convert campaigns into creative video assets.
• Manage the entire process from ideation, scripting, AI generation, editing, to final video delivery.

Required AI Skills

• Proficient in content and script writing using AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini or similar platforms.
• Experience with AI video and image generation tools such as Runway, Kling AI, Google Veo, HeyGen, CapCut AI, ElevenLabs or equivalents.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new AI-based content creation tools.

Video Editing Expertise

• Proficient in software like Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, After Effects or similar.
• Strong skills in short-form video editing techniques.
• Ability to create motion graphics, captions, and kinetic typography.
• Synchronization of audio and voiceovers.
• Basic color correction and application of transitions and visual effects.
• Understanding social-media video formatting standards.
• Knowledge of video pacing and storytelling to enhance viewer engagement.

Content and Scriptwriting Skills

• Ability to independently generate video ideas and write compelling hooks.
• Capability to develop short-form video scripts and adapt educational content into accessible formats.
• Create multiple script versions for A/B testing.
• Use AI effectively for research, ideation, and developing content.
• Understand the Hook → Value → Call to Action structure for content flow.

Eligibility

• 1 to 3+ years of video editing or content creation experience preferred.
