Join SkillsCapital, a rapidly expanding AI-driven platform revolutionizing global tech hiring, as an AI Product Demo and Storytelling Intern. You'll play a key role in visually communicating our advanced platform by crafting AI-powered product demonstration videos, walkthroughs, and instructional guides that showcase our AI-powered talent cloud, vetting engine, consultant portal, and client dashboards. Collaborate closely with founding members across product, sales, and customer success to transform complex enterprise and SAP workflows into engaging, easy-to-understand visual stories used across sales, onboarding, and marketing channels.
Responsibilities
- Partner with product, sales, and customer teams to analyze platform workflows and identify impactful demo opportunities.
- Create AI-generated demo videos highlighting core platform features, user journeys, and practical applications.
- Design concise, engaging video narratives explaining product functions and importance.
- Produce clear stepwise video guides and walkthroughs for clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Leverage AI tools for scriptwriting, voiceovers, visuals, animations, and screen-flow creation.
- Transform intricate enterprise and SAP workflows into straightforward video stories.
- Iterate video content based on feedback from product teams and stakeholders.
- Build an organized video demo and user-guide library supporting sales enablement and education.
- Experiment with innovative AI video, storytelling, and automation technologies to boost efficiency and quality.
- Suggest creative improvements to platform presentation and user understanding across multiple channels.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong enthusiasm for product storytelling and illustrating complex software through visuals and narratives.
- Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools such as video generators, screen-capture, and motion workflow software.
- Ability to comprehend sophisticated product workflows and convert them into clear, structured walkthroughs.
- Basic knowledge of SaaS platforms, dashboards, and workflow-centric applications.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills for scripting demonstrations and user manuals.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing consistent, step-by-step instructional materials.
- Comfortable working in iterative, feedback-driven environments that involve rapid experimentation.
- Self-motivated and eager to independently learn new tools and product domains.
- Experience in creating explainer videos, product walkthroughs, or onboarding content (including academic or freelance projects).
- Interest in generative AI, automation, and no-code/low-code tools for content development.

- Internship duration is 3 months (with possibility to extend to 6 months), conducted remotely with flexible hours.

- Successful interns may receive a job offer with an expected annual salary of ₹300,000 to ₹360,000 upon conversion to full-time staff.
- Interns will work five days per week and receive a certificate and letter of recommendation upon completion.
