Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and refine complex datasets by annotating, labeling, and cleaning textual, image, or combined data formats to enhance model training workflows.
• Create, evaluate, and refine detailed prompts to improve the accuracy and robustness of Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Conduct thorough assessments of chatbots, agent algorithms, and automated processes focusing on logical consistency, contextual relevance, safety, and operational accuracy.
• Verify the cultural, linguistic, and regulatory appropriateness of AI training materials, especially aligned with Saudi Arabian and regional enterprise standards.
• Document any deviations or anomalies in model performance, detect algorithmic biases, and collaborate with machine learning teams to diagnose and resolve issues.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, or a closely related technology discipline; PhD is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Python or equivalent programming languages used for data management.
• Experience or familiarity with AI tools related to model fine-tuning, prompt evaluation, or development of tokenized training datasets.
• Fluent professional command of both English and Arabic to assess bilingual data formats effectively.
• Access to a secure remote working environment equipped with a high-performance computer and reliable, high-speed internet connectivity.

Preferred Experience

• Practical knowledge of machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience with instructional design principles or corporate AI applications like Microsoft Copilot.
