Job description
Position Overview
We are recruiting for an AI Trainer to remotely support a client focused on enhancing large language models through generating proprietary high-quality data for fine-tuning and assessment. The role primarily involves scripting multi-turn conversations where AI assistants employ function-calling tools to fulfill user objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop multi-turn dialogue scripts mimicking authentic user interactions with AI assistants utilizing tools such as calendars, email, maps, and drive functionalities.
- Simulate both user and assistant perspectives, including invoking tool-based assistant function calls when corrections or clarifications are needed.
- Make deliberate decisions on the timing and manner of tool usage by the assistant to maintain logical progression and appropriate function execution.
- Create conversations that exhibit natural language use, intelligent responses, and context-aware understanding throughout multiple exchanges.
- Continuously refine dialogue examples based on feedback to enhance realism, clarity, and overall training effectiveness.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Competency in at least one scripting language such as Python, Java, or JavaScript for generating and manipulating data.
- Experience in designing multi-turn dialogue sequences and simulating natural language interactions.
- Ability to role-play AI assistant behavior, including proper usage of function calls and tool integrations.
- Understanding of formatting protocols and quality expectations for AI training datasets.
- High level of detail orientation to produce coherent and realistic conversational content.
