Overview

This remote contract opportunity is for an AI Trainer & Data Annotator who will help evaluate, improve, and label AI-generated content. The role focuses on assessing the quality of model outputs, documenting issues, and supporting ongoing model refinement through detailed feedback and annotation work.

Compensation and Schedule

Pay is set between $20 and $98 per hour. The engagement is remote and requires a weekly commitment of 10 to 40 hours.

Responsibilities

Assess, compare, and rank AI-generated answers across different subject areas to make sure they are accurate and useful.
Apply structured scoring guidelines to judge clarity, correctness, relevance, and safety in model outputs.
Use AI tools such as GPT and ChatGPT to research topics, prepare drafts, and complete annotation tasks.
Spot unusual cases, mistakes, and possible failure patterns in AI responses, then record observations in clear detail.
Work with the client team to incorporate feedback and support ongoing improvements to AI systems.
Keep current with new AI training and quality assurance practices so evaluation standards remain effective.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree or a higher qualification in any discipline is mandatory.
Daily hands-on experience with AI tools is expected.
Strong written and spoken communication skills, along with excellent attention to detail, are required.
Solid critical thinking and analytical skills are necessary to succeed in this position.
