AI Tester

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Tester to join our team in Abu Dhabi for an onsite full-time position. The ideal candidate must have over six years of experience specifically in the airline domain, with expertise in digital booking systems, managing bookings, and AI-driven validation processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough testing on airline digital booking platforms including booking/reservation flows, cancellation, refunds, rebooking, check-in, and baggage handling.
• Perform rigorous AI-related quality assurance, including testing of chatbots, large language models (LLM), hallucination, prompt validation, guardrails, bias, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Utilize automation tools such as Selenium or Playwright for testing processes.
• Execute API testing using tools like Postman or Swagger.

Required Skills and Experience

• Must have solid experience in airline-specific applications such as Digital Booking, Manage My Booking (MMB), and Passenger Name Record (PNR) management.
• Expertise in AI testing that involves real-world AI application validation, not just AI-assisted automation or test case creation.
• Strong knowledge of AI/GenAI and LLM technologies as applied to airline systems.
• Familiarity with chatbot and hallucination testing along with bias assessment and prompt validation.

Additional Information

• Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (on-site).
• Job Type: Full-time employment.
• Experience Level: Minimum 6 years.
• Salary Range: AED 13000 to AED 15000 per month.
• Joining Period: Immediate up to 30 days.
