About the Role
Caliber is assembling a distinguished group of AI strategy experts to support a confidential project with a leading investment group in the region. The focus is on assisting portfolio companies in harnessing AI for business transformation. This position is not technical or engineering-oriented; instead, it requires a strategic professional capable of recognizing valuable AI applications, crafting strategic approaches, and delivering actionable roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze AI requirements of portfolio companies to pinpoint impactful use cases.
- Create AI strategies aligned with corporate objectives and develop phased implementation plans.
- Review existing processes and workflows to find opportunities for AI-driven improvements.
- Design AI adoption frameworks, playbooks, governance structures, and operational guidelines.
- Plan and execute change management initiatives to promote AI uptake and measurable results.
- Conduct workshops and engage senior leaders across portfolio businesses.
- Prepare executive-level presentations, strategic recommendations, and board materials.
- Support organizations in transitioning from AI pilots to systematic, scalable AI integration.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of three years experience in strategy consulting at elite firms such as McKinsey, BCG, or Bain.
- Expertise in consulting methodologies including business process evaluation, use case formulation, strategic analysis, and implementation planning.
- Proven capabilities in working directly with senior stakeholders and managing multifaceted engagements.
- Outstanding communication skills, able to clarify complex ideas for audiences without technical backgrounds.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, with experience in crafting succinct executive documents and presentations.
Preferred but Not Required
- Proficiency in AI and data science concepts including machine learning, AI agents, data analytics, and incorporating AI into enterprise operations.
- Background in designing responsible AI policies, governance models, risk management, or AI operational frameworks.
