About the Role

We are seeking AI Specialists for a focused short-term evaluation project to analyze AI-generated conversations and recommendations. The role involves critically assessing response quality and delivering structured feedback grounded in professional expertise.

Position Details:

• Role: AI Specialist
• Engagement: Short-term Contract
• Duration: 3 weeks
• Start Date: October 1, 2026
• Work Commitment: Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week
• Payment: $25-30 USD per completed task
• Average Task Length: Around 75 minutes

Responsibilities

• Analyze conversations between AI systems and users.
• Determine if the AI collects adequate information before suggesting recommendations.
• Recognize missing or significant context within dialogues.
• Recommend suitable follow-up questions to enhance evaluations.
• Review AI answers for quality, relevance, and completeness.
• Provide systematic feedback adhering to project standards.
• Accurately document evaluation outcomes.

Requirements

• Possess 3 to 5+ years of pertinent professional experience.
• Experience or academic background in psychology, social work, counseling, therapy, qualitative research, HCI/UX, communication, anthropology, sociology, coaching, mediation, student services, organizational consulting, or related areas.
• Strong analytical capabilities and critical thinking.
• Exceptional written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Capacity to follow explicit guidelines and operate independently.
• Comfortable navigating online platforms and structured review tools.
