AI Product Manager

Role Overview

We are searching for an AI Product Manager to lead the development and management of AI-driven product domains from inception through deployment. This position demands balancing model performance, user experience, and organizational value to deliver AI features that provide genuine utility beyond mere demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the roadmap and strategic direction for AI-focused product areas.
• Collaborate tightly with machine learning engineers on model selection, fine-tuning efforts, and evaluation processes.
• Establish success criteria that evaluate both the quality of AI outputs and their business impact.
• Conduct user research to explore and identify AI applications of high value.
• Coordinate product launches ensuring considerations around responsible AI use and structured rollout plans.
• Effectively communicate the strengths and limitations of AI functionalities to various stakeholders within and outside the organization.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of four years’ experience in product management, including at least one year managing AI or machine learning products.
• In-depth knowledge of modern AI technologies such as large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), fine-tuning techniques, and evaluation methods.
• Exceptional written communication skills, capable of producing detailed product requirements documents (PRDs) and strategic narratives.
• Familiarity with product analytics platforms and A/B testing methodologies.
• Comfortable engaging with ML teams on technical topics and capable of understanding complex AI challenges.
• Strong commitment to shipping products while acknowledging model limitations and potential biases.
