AI Product Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for an AI Product Manager to take full ownership of AI-driven product domains, bridging the gap between model capabilities, user experience, and business value. The focus is on delivering AI solutions that offer real utility rather than just impressive showcases.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the roadmap and strategy for AI-focused product segments.
• Collaborate closely with machine learning engineers on tasks such as model selection, fine-tuning, and performance evaluation.
• Establish success metrics that measure both technical quality and business outcomes.
• Conduct user research to identify AI use cases with significant value potential.
• Lead product launches incorporating responsible AI principles and carefully planned rollouts.
• Clearly articulate AI capabilities and limitations to both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in product management, including at least 1 year focusing on AI or machine learning products.
• Deep understanding of contemporary AI technologies such as large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, fine-tuning, and evaluation processes.
• Excellent skills in written communication, including preparing product requirement documents and strategic narratives.
• Experience with product analytics platforms and experimentation methodologies.
• Ability to engage technically with machine learning teams and understand complex concepts.
• Strong bias toward shipping products while maintaining awareness of model limitations.
