Job description
About the Role
We are developing AI-driven agents focused on recruitment and payroll solutions. Our product is already operational, and we are seeking a proactive individual to help define the future direction of our offerings.
Candidate Background
Applicants may come from one of two primary backgrounds:
- HR or HR Technology: Experience with human resources, recruitment, or payroll processes along with involvement in creating, deploying, or refining related products or platforms.
- AI or Enterprise Products: Participation in AI-based product development for business users, particularly involving AI agents.
We welcome interns, recent graduates, and candidates with one to three years of experience, including substantial internships or projects demonstrating applicable skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze client workflows to identify and prioritize impactful challenges.
- Collaborate closely with the CTO and engineering team to translate concepts into prototypes, detailed requirements, and fully developed features.
- Evaluate AI-generated results, diagnose issues, and enhance the product through user feedback and continuous testing.

Team Composition
The CTO, with experience in fintech at Ant Group, leads the technical side, supported by three co-founders who collectively have nearly two decades of HR expertise within Singapore’s in-house teams and service providers. Our team offers profound HR knowledge while we rely on your initiative to explore AI innovations and adopt a hands-on development approach.
