Role Overview

The AI Practice Lead will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the company's AI vision, overseeing the entire lifecycle of enterprise AI solutions from inception to deployment. This role calls for a visionary leader with profound technical skills, adept at client engagement, designing solutions, and strategic planning. Responsibilities include representing the company at industry events, promoting innovation and responsible AI use, and leading both internal and client-focused adoption of AI best practices with measurable impact.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and execute AI strategies aligned with organizational and client objectives.
• Govern and ensure attainment of AI project goals from ideation to deployment within enterprise settings.
• Serve as the AI ambassador for the company at conferences, presentations, and industry dialogues.
• Drive innovation through thought leadership by producing whitepapers, publications, and participating in relevant forums.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing AI team cultivating an innovative, collaborative, and achievement-focused culture with ongoing training initiatives.
• Work closely with legal, compliance, and risk teams to ensure all AI projects meet governance, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Encourage AI adoption internally and externally by establishing best practices, guidelines, and metrics evidencing AI effectiveness and impact.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• University degree (Bachelor's, Master’s, or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields.
• Deep expertise in deep learning and modeling techniques (including Transformers, RNNs, CNNs), classical machine learning, data mining, and statistical analysis.
• Proven history of managing and delivering large-scale AI deployments in enterprise environments.
• Experience with Generative AI solution development and deployment on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Advanced knowledge in computer vision, natural language processing, predictive analytics, and databases such as NoSQL, Neo4j, and vector databases.
• Strong understanding of data quality, governance, and AI readiness principles.
• Preferred knowledge of data platforms like Snowflake and Databricks and their role in generating commercial value through professional services.
• Exceptional communication and presentation ability for diverse audiences with robust leadership, strategic, and teamwork skills.

• Expertise in AI solution design and presales activities.
