Role Overview

As an AI Outcome Engineer within Forward Deployed Engineering at Google Cloud, you play a critical role by bridging pre-sales technical evaluations with effective post-sales execution. This involves shaping agreements from an AI adoption perspective, ensuring rapid deployment and practical delivery of solutions that align with customer needs and IT ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Account teams and Practice Customer Engineers during technical evaluations to assess project feasibility, craft proposals geared towards long-term solution adoption, and validate Forward Deployed Engineering engagement requests.
• Investigate technical implementation issues at the code level to diagnose, resolve complex challenges, detect core product defects, and devise workaround strategies to overcome deployment obstacles.
• Act as the primary liaison to core Product and Engineering teams by addressing systemic deployment issues and converting field insights into actionable product enhancements.
• Guide the execution strategy through strong technical expertise and architectural insight, while owning the delivery's technical aspects alongside customer-facing teams.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
• At least five years of experience resolving technical issues for customers or internal partners.
• Proven capability in managing technical delivery strategies and collaborating with product or engineering units.
• Experience designing or managing orchestration or system frameworks, such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
• Familiarity with enterprise integration technologies including APIs, enterprise content management systems, identity management, cloud infrastructure, or AI/ML model deployment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience engaging with core product and engineering teams concerning infrastructure or AI/ML model deployment, overseeing technical delivery strategies, and debugging system-level issues.

Additional Information

• Applicants must possess valid work authorization for Saudi Arabia, as the role does not offer visa sponsorship.
