About the Role
Join Google Cloud as an AI Outcome Engineer within the Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) unit, playing a pivotal role in bridging technical pre-sales assessments with post-sales implementation for AI-driven projects. This position is focused on ensuring solutions are designed for quick adoption, activation, and practical delivery by integrating technical assets into customer IT systems considering legal, data residency, identity, and connectivity constraints.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Account teams and Practice Customer Engineers during the technical evaluation stage to evaluate project viability, craft proposals aimed at sustained adoption, and validate engagements for FDE participation.
- Investigate and troubleshoot complex implementation challenges at the code level to identify product flaws, devise workarounds, and eliminate deployment obstacles.
- Act as the primary connection between field operations and core Product and Engineering teams to resolve systemic issues and communicate field insights as actionable feature developments.
- Lead the execution strategy by providing technical expertise and architectural guidance, taking ownership of delivery realities alongside customer-facing teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 5 years experience resolving technical problems for both internal and external clients.
- Proven background in managing technical delivery approaches while interfacing with product or engineering groups.
- Knowledge and experience working with system design or orchestration platforms, such as LangGraph, AutoGen, and CrewAI.
- Hands-on experience integrating enterprise systems including APIs, enterprise content management systems, identity management, cloud infrastructure, and deploying AI/ML models.
Preferred Experience
- Direct engagement with core product and engineering teams on infrastructure or AI/ML deployments, technical delivery planning, and system debugging.
Additional Information
Applicants must have authorization to work in Saudi Arabia as work visa sponsorship is not provided. The hiring process usually requires in-person interviews. Candidates may express their preferred workplace location, choosing between Doha, Qatar, or Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
