Your Role

As an AI-Native Engineer (Software Full Stack Developer), you will design, develop, and maintain production-level full stack applications using modern frontend and backend technologies while deeply integrating AI and Generative AI tools into your daily workflow. You will apply the Gen-E2 methodology to accelerate delivery and maintain high standards of scalability, security, and code quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full stack applications using frameworks like ReactJS, NodeJS, Java, Python, or equivalents.
• Build scalable, reliable, and secure applications employing modern engineering best practices.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and have an understanding of DevOps workflows.
• Ensure high code quality via testing, code reviews, and optimizations.
• Utilize Generative AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor for code scaffolding, refactoring, generation, test-case and documentation creation.
• Engage in AI-assisted debugging, pattern recognition, prompt engineering, and validate AI outputs with thorough checks.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including project managers and designers to deliver robust solutions.
• Contribute to internal Gen-E2 practices and playbooks and support technical discovery phases.

Required Experience and Skills

• A minimum of 3 years practical software development experience, preferably with ReactJS for frontend and NodeJS or Java for backend.
• Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases.
• Experience using testing frameworks and adhering to code quality standards.
• Strong grasp of programming patterns and best practices.
• Proven use of AI tools in daily engineering tasks (beyond theoretical knowledge).
• Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot.
• Strong skills in prompt engineering for technical scenarios and validating AI-generated code to handle hallucinations and ensure reliability.
• Critical thinking abilities to verify AI-generated solutions effectively.

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Knowledge of solution architecture principles.
• Familiarity with AI/ML services and frameworks.
• Experience in native or hybrid mobile development including iOS, Android, Flutter or React Native.
• Certification in Claude AI (Anthropic) is beneficial.
