About the Role
Rise Data Labs is looking for a seasoned specialist to rigorously assess and enhance artificial intelligence models through extensive analysis and testing. This role involves developing evaluation frameworks and metrics, performing detailed performance assessments, and delivering informed recommendations to refine AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and deploy metrics tailored for evaluating AI model effectiveness.
- Perform comprehensive testing of models under various conditions to gauge reliability and accuracy.
- Examine outputs to identify and address potential biases, ensuring fairness and precision.
- Work closely with machine learning engineers to facilitate necessary model improvements.
- Maintain thorough documentation of evaluation results and strategic suggestions.
Candidate Profile
- Holder of a PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related discipline.
- At least five years of professional experience focused on AI and machine learning model evaluation.
- Proficient in statistical analysis and familiar with model evaluation frameworks and metrics.
- Strong verbal and written communication capabilities to clearly convey insights and findings.
