Role Overview
Bain Capability Centre India Private Limited is seeking an AI Engineer specialized in working with Large Language Models and Artificial Intelligence Markup Language (AIML) on the Microsoft Azure cloud platform. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI solutions integrated within enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and implement large language model solutions leveraging AIML on Microsoft Azure.
- Work collaboratively across teams to embed machine learning-powered capabilities into existing software and frameworks.
- Produce and sustain robust, maintainable codebases for machine learning algorithms including techniques such as retrieval augmented generation.
- Identify and resolve challenges relating to model effectiveness, data integrity, and integration with operational platforms.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Between 2 to 6 years of professional experience in developing AI-driven applications utilizing ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Thorough familiarity with AIML syntax and its use in natural language processing applications.
- Proven experience handling large-scale data and creating scalable infrastructure for big data processing on cloud services, especially Microsoft Azure.

This position is located in Gurugram, India, and does not require the candidate to have completed graduation. The offered salary ranges from 700000 to 1400000 INR annually.
