The platform leverages Generative AI, assessment intelligence, knowledge retrieval, and adaptive learning approaches to deliver a personalized study experience tailored to each candidate’s knowledge level, performance metrics, competency gaps, and progression.

Role Overview

As an AI Engineer, you will be instrumental in creating the core intelligence architecture for a versatile infrastructure that supports various professional certifications and examinations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-powered modules utilizing foundation model APIs.
• Create workflows and application components based on large language models (LLMs).
• Implement structured outputs and facilitate tool integrations.
• Maintain reliability, scalability, and manageability of AI-based systems.
• Architect Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions and knowledge retrieval pipelines with authorized professional content.
• Implement vector search techniques and metadata filtering to ground AI outputs in credible data.
• Develop competency frameworks linking exams, domains, competencies, concepts, questions, and candidate outcomes.
• Analyze candidate performance data to drive personalized readiness and competency profiles.
• Build adaptive learning mechanisms that prioritize candidate practice based on competency gaps, prior results, exam weightings, uncertainty, and recency.
• Create AI-driven explanations for answers, identify misconceptions, and generate personalized learning recommendations.
• Develop workflows supporting AI-assisted creation and expert validation of assessment content, ensuring quality control before publication.

Technical Stack

• AI and Machine Learning: Generative AI, LLMs, Foundation Model APIs, RAG, Vector Search, Structured Outputs, Tool Calling.
• Backend/Data: Python with FastAPI, Node.js with TypeScript, PostgreSQL, API and backend service development.
• Cloud Infrastructure: AWS with scalable, cloud-based architectures.
• Frontend Technologies: React, Next.js.

Candidate Profile

• Hands-on experience in AI-powered application development and intelligent software engineering.
• Expertise with Generative AI, LLM applications, AI or Machine Learning engineering.
• Proficiency in Retrieval-Augmented Generation and knowledge retrieval systems.
• Strong command of Python or Node.js/TypeScript for backend and API development.
• Experience with LLM APIs, vector databases/search, and structured output/tool calling.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL and AWS/cloud environments.
• Knowledge of recommendation or personalization systems is beneficial.
• Exposure to EdTech or professional learning platforms and adaptive learning technologies is an advantage.

You will help advance an AI solution designed around a continuous learning cycle for candidates: diagnostic assessments, readiness scoring, personalized planning, adaptive practice, AI-generated explanations, competency updates, and reassessment.
