AI Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking an AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven features and systems. This position lies at the crossroads of machine learning, software engineering, and product development, transforming model capabilities into valuable product outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities

• Construct, fine-tune, and launch AI and machine learning models in live production environments.
• Incorporate large language models and other artificial intelligence functionalities into product features.
• Develop frameworks to evaluate and measure the efficacy of models.
• Collaborate closely with ML researchers and software engineers on designing system architectures.
• Continuously monitor model effectiveness and refine prompts, fine-tuning methods, and model structures.
• Ensure dependable and scalable infrastructure for model inference.

Required Qualifications

• At least three years experience deploying machine learning models in production environments.
• Proficient in Python programming and familiar with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or equivalents.
• Practical experience working with large language model APIs including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.
• Knowledge of vector databases, retrieval augmented generation (RAG), and prompt engineering techniques.
• Experience managing machine learning infrastructure on cloud platforms like AWS Sagemaker or GCP Vertex.
• Strong fundamentals in software engineering principles.

Compensation and Benefits

• Highly competitive salary ranging approximately from $130,000 to $220,000 (USD equivalent) based on experience, qualifications, and location.
