AI & Digital Productivity Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive AI & Digital Productivity Manager to champion the adoption of artificial intelligence tools and digital productivity enhancements across our enterprise. This role is pivotal in educating and empowering employees to use AI technologies responsibly, streamlining workflows, and driving automation to boost operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to promote AI tool utilization and digital productivity enhancements organization-wide.
• Serve as an internal advocate for AI by organizing educational sessions such as trainings, workshops, roadshows, and awareness programs.
• Instruct employees on responsible and efficient usage of cutting-edge AI applications including Microsoft Copilot.
• Recognize opportunities to simplify and automate business operations for improved efficiency.
• Design, create, and deploy automation workflows leveraging Power Apps and Power Automate platforms.
• Partner with business stakeholders to enhance productivity through innovative digital solutions.
• Develop, train, validate, and refine machine learning models tailored to support various business activities.
• Build AI-based prototypes and POCs aimed at addressing specific organizational challenges.
• Analyze emerging AI technologies, providing guidance on suitable solutions for adoption.
• Champion responsible AI deployment ensuring adherence to organizational policies.
• Set and maintain best practices, standards, and protocols for AI and automation projects.
• Guarantee compliance of AI initiatives with security, privacy, and governance mandates.
• Collaborate closely with business units to identify AI opportunities aligned with their challenges.
• Convert business needs into actionable AI and automation strategies.
• Evaluate and report on the impact and value generated by AI implementations.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 3 years in AI-related roles encompassing digital transformation, business automation, or technology implementation.
• Practical experience with AI platforms like Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar generative AI tools.
• Hands-on exposure to creating, deploying, and managing machine learning models for business use cases.
• Proficiency in automating workflows using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and familiarity with the Microsoft 365 environment.
• Experience leading user training sessions, workshops, presentations, or managing change is a plus.
• Proven ability to identify process improvements and lead automation implementations.

Technical Knowledge

• Deep understanding of generative AI technologies and large language models (LLMs).
• Fundamental machine learning concepts including training, validation, and deployment of models.
• Expertise in prompt engineering techniques.
• Competency in data analytics and visualization methods.
• Strong familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Technical Skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Copilot.
• Advanced skills in Power Apps and Power Automate platforms.
• Experience with Power BI is advantageous.
• Programming knowledge in Python, SQL, or comparable languages relevant to AI development.
