About the Role
We are looking for an experienced AI Developer to join our AI Center of Excellence located in Bengaluru. You will be responsible for building robust, scalable AI solutions leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), natural language processing (NLP), optical character recognition (OCR), and Azure AI Services. This role is targeted at developing enterprise-grade AI applications focused mainly on automating finance and accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Create AI-driven applications utilizing LLM, RAG, NLP, OCR, and Azure AI capabilities.
- Develop and deploy cloud-native AI solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform.
- Work collaboratively with AI architects, business analysts, and automation development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Design versatile AI frameworks, reusable prompts, and enterprise-grade AI building blocks.
- Ensure adherence to responsible AI principles including thorough logging, testing, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), and provide ongoing production support.
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 6 years of professional development experience implementing AI or generative AI solutions.
- Hands-on expertise with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Claude, RAG techniques, vector database technologies, and prompt engineering.
- Practical experience working with OCR platforms such as Azure Document Intelligence or equivalent tools.
- Proficient programming skills in Python and/or .NET with C#.
- Solid understanding of Azure cloud services, API development, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps methodologies, and responsible AI standards.
