About the Role
VRTECHSOL is seeking a dedicated and innovative AI Developer to join their expanding team. The selected candidate will play a key role in designing, creating, and deploying AI-driven solutions aimed at enhancing business processes, automation, analytics, and user engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and deploy AI-based applications and automation tools.
- Construct, train, test, and fine-tune machine learning models.
- Incorporate AI APIs, large language models (LLMs), and external AI services into both web and mobile platforms.
- Engage in projects related to natural language processing, computer vision, recommendation engines, and predictive analytics.
- Build AI chatbots, virtual assistants, and smart workflow systems.
- Work collaboratively with frontend and backend teams to ensure seamless AI feature integration.
- Enhance model efficiency, scalability, and deployment methods.
- Investigate cutting-edge AI developments and suggest innovative solutions.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade existing AI applications.
- Document technical details and prepare reports on AI implementations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in Python programming and AI/machine learning frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or other similar LLM APIs.
- Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or LangChain libraries.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI operational workflows.
- Experience integrating REST APIs and backend systems.
- Understanding of vector databases and embedding techniques.
- Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms.
- Skills in data preprocessing and assessing model performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
