Job Summary and Responsibilities

• Design and implement components of data-driven, analytics-oriented, automation, or AI-enabled solutions.
• Develop backend services, data pipelines, APIs, integration logic, and reusable technical modules.
• Incorporate solutions into existing dashboards, enterprise platforms, workflow tools, and approval systems.
• Handle both structured and unstructured data sourced from authorized internal repositories.
• Create explainable outputs such as recommendations, benchmarks, variance alerts, exception indicators, summaries, and supporting rationale documentation.
• Implement logging, traceability, auditing mechanisms, and controls for human reviews.
• Assist in requirement gathering, solution architecture, development, testing phases—including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)—and ensuring readiness for production deployment.
• Collaborate extensively with business subject matter experts, product owners, technology teams, and delivery stakeholders.
• Prepare thorough technical documentation, data mappings, test documentation, deployment guidelines, and handover resources.
• Ensure all delivered components meet standards for security, scalability, reusability, and maintainability.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Extensive practical experience with Python programming.
• Demonstrated background in software engineering, data engineering, analytics engineering, AI engineering, or intelligent automation.
• Proficiency in one or more additional programming, scripting, or query languages.
• Experience in constructing backend services, APIs, data pipelines, workflow integrations, or platform features.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, transformation, validation, and integration processes.
• Hands-on familiarity with enterprise applications, dashboards, reporting tools, workflow software, or internal web applications.
• Capability to effectively interpret business needs into feasible technical designs and solutions.
• Competency in generating explainable insights, recommendations, exception analyses, or decision-support deliverables.
• Acquaintance with enterprise data sources like workflow instruments, delivery platforms, code repositories, reporting databases, document management systems, or file ingestion methods.
• Understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid software development methodologies.
• Experience supporting testing efforts, troubleshooting defects, overseeing deployments, and preparing for production environments.
• Strong skills in documentation, communication with stakeholders, and problem resolution.
