Role Overview
As a senior member within the AI division, you will be accountable for delivering intricate AI and machine learning solutions, managing projects from research phases through to production deployment. This role offers exposure to diverse assignments and the chance to impact both technical strategies and business results.
Primary Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end AI and machine learning projects.
- Develop and deploy AI solutions that are production-ready.
- Collaborate across Data Engineering, Machine Learning, and AI platform teams.
- Engage with stakeholders to address complex business problems.
- Support the growth and enhancement of AI skills within the organisation.
- Drive technical strategy and participate in innovation efforts.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Proven expertise in AI Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, and Data Engineering.
- Track record of advancing AI solutions from research or proof-of-concept stages into operational production environments.
- Experience handling complicated AI, machine learning, or computer vision challenges.
- Strong ability to communicate and work effectively with stakeholders.
- Prior leadership experience, including mentoring engineers and managing project delivery.
- Commercially aware mindset, balancing innovative initiatives with business objectives.
- Comfortable operating in fast-evolving, high-growth settings.
- Capacity to shape technical direction and support scaling AI capabilities organisation-wide.
