AI Architect

Overview

We are seeking an AI Architect to create comprehensive AI solutions tackling complex business challenges in the sports, sports performance, education, and healthcare domains. This role involves crafting persuasive AI business cases by pinpointing high-impact use scenarios using machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and advanced analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable AI solutions leveraging cloud-native platforms like Azure AI Foundry and Google Agent Space.
• Utilize pre-existing AI services including NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics to expedite project delivery.
• Ensure AI initiatives are closely aligned with priorities spanning sports, healthcare, and educational sectors.
• Integrate AI cloud services seamlessly with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, medical, and sports performance platforms.
• Establish connectivity between diversified data sources including structured databases and unstructured content like videos and medical documentation.
• Apply APIs, middleware, and automation to optimize data integration and pipelines.
• Maintain AI governance by complying with regulations like GDPR and HIPAA while ensuring bias mitigation, transparency, and explainability.
• Implement security and best practices for AI deployment governance.
• Deploy and tailor AI models for practical business applications including conversational agents and analytic tools.
• Stay updated on cloud AI provider enhancements and integrate improvements accordingly.
• Engage with stakeholders to uncover AI adoption opportunities, demonstrate tangible AI benefits, and act as a strategic AI transformation consultant.
• Enhance AI system scalability, performance, and reliability, incorporating continuous monitoring and improvements.
• Define and track KPIs and measure ROI from AI implementations.

Qualification and Additional Requirements

• Minimum 8 years experience in solution architecture, with at least 4 years focused on applied AI/ML initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or Engineering.
• Mandatory bilingual proficiency in Arabic.
• Certifications desirable include Microsoft Certified AI Developer or Architect, Azure AI Foundry, Google Cloud AI/ML platforms, and software development certifications like Microsoft Certified Developer or Architect.

Technical Skills

• Deep expertise in AI project development and AI theoretical concepts, tools, frameworks, and models.
• Experienced in diverse solution architecture methods involving scenario evaluation, component modeling, and impact analysis.
• Strong background in software development lifecycle, requirements gathering, and detailed design.
• Proficiency in deploying and managing enterprise AI using Azure AI Foundry.
• Hands-on skills with Google Agent Builder, Google SDK for mobile agents, and multi-agent systems.
• Solid understanding of Advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques for enterprise knowledge management.
• Knowledge of various database and data architectures, including SQL, NoSQL, vector databases, and knowledge graphs.
• Capability to design AI systems that are secure, scalable, and optimized for performance.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders.
