AI Agent Researcher

About the Role

We are partnering with Huawei, a leading global information and communication technology firm, to find dedicated professionals to join their team as AI Agent Researchers. This role focuses on developing innovative AI agent prototypes and advancing cutting-edge AI technologies in practical environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop agent prototypes tailored to specific vertical applications such as code generation, WebAgent, and GUI interaction, utilizing an in-house agent framework to facilitate effective technology deployment in real-world scenarios.
• Investigate next-generation technological advancements in the agent domain, swiftly transforming research findings into prototype implementations while contributing to the open-source community.
• Produce high-quality technical documentation and papers on topics including agent memory, multi-agent systems, and agent self-evolution, targeting top-tier conferences and open-source projects.
• Continuously monitor progressing developments in AI agents, multi-agent systems, agent self-evolution, and embodied AI in both academic and industrial landscapes to foster innovation in state-of-the-art algorithms.

Qualifications and Skills

• Ph.D. degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related disciplines. Candidates with notable accolades like ICPC/IOI or major contributions to impactful open-source initiatives are highly valued.
• Experience with popular agent frameworks or products such as Openclaw, Hermes, and LangChain, including autonomous construction of agent systems.
• Record of publications in premier AI conferences such as ACL, EMNLP, NeurIPS, ICML, or ICLR is advantageous.
• Strong coding abilities with proficiency in programming languages including Python, TypeScript, Java, or Go.
