AI Agent Operations Manager

Overview

Gram Gold is looking for an experienced operations manager specialized in managing Local AI Agent systems to oversee and coordinate business operations, campaign management, data analysis, and executive support. This role involves integrating AI agents with human collaborators, ensuring workflows are optimized for tangible business results rather than merely completing manual tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee agent-driven marketing campaigns on platforms like TikTok and Snapchat from research and planning to creative production and publishing readiness, while continuously monitoring and optimizing performance.
• Facilitate coordination among teams across e-commerce, marketing, content creation, and analysis by translating meetings and plans into actionable tasks with clear ownership and deadlines. Track delays and provide status updates.
• Perform business analysis on various metrics including KPIs, sales, customers, and competitors, converting insights into actionable recommendations and execution plans.
• Manage company knowledge by organizing reports, files, and meeting notes into accessible databases and preparing consistent executive reports linking team and agent performance to business outcomes.
• Design and regulate AI agent systems by configuring prompts, tool permissions, guardrails, and approval processes, ensuring data security and output accuracy.
• Lead the AI agent and human team by delegating tasks, reviewing output quality, documenting issues, improving system efficiency and ROI, and escalating complex problems to technical specialists as needed.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated expertise in operating and managing Local AI Agents handling real files and tools.
• Proficient in AI platforms such as Claude AI, ChatGPT, and automation/design content tools.
• Experience with business coordination, data analytics, KPI interpretation, and developing actionable recommendations.
• Strong understanding of agentic workflows, prompt engineering, tool integrations, permissions, and guardrails.
• Leadership skills to manage a team comprising AI operators and supporting contributors.
• Experience running campaigns on TikTok and Snapchat is highly advantageous.
• Fluent English capabilities for tool operation and technical documentation comprehension.

Candidates must provide verifiable proof of at least one real-world project showcasing their role in addressing a problem through agent workflows, tools, and automation steps, including tangible outcomes. Accepted proofs include project links, screen recordings, or anonymized case studies. Purely academic or experimental examples, or those related only to chat-based assistants, will not be considered.
