Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to join our Revenue Operations team based in Helsinki or Dublin. This unique engineering position involves close collaboration with Sales and the broader GTM and RevOps teams. As the sole engineer in RevOps, you will have significant responsibility and the chance to build impactful solutions beyond conventional product development, particularly if you have experience with GTM teams or a strong interest in this domain.
This is fundamentally a software engineering position focused on creating and deploying production-level services on Google Cloud that support our entire GTM AI agent program. Your scope includes managing the core platform infrastructure, event routing, data integrations, deployment pipelines, and monitoring systems that each AI agent depends on.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain the shared infrastructure that supports AI agents across the GTM organization including business development, sales, customer success, and support functions.
- Ensure uniform connectivity of all agents to third-party systems such as Salesforce, Gainsight, and Zendesk.
- Manage and update the GTM Agent Registry, serving as the comprehensive catalog of agents, their functionality, ownership, and review timelines.
- Configure and maintain observability tools including dashboards and logs to monitor agent activity and quickly address issues.
- Maintain data integrity and act as the primary authority for the Golden Record stored in BigQuery.
Required Experience and Skills
- Proven track record of building and maintaining production-level software services that you have personally deployed, monitored, and ensured uptime for.
- Hands-on experience integrating multiple third-party systems via REST APIs and webhooks.
- Applied experience deploying and operating LLM-backed services or agents in production, including managing evaluation metrics, guardrails, cost optimization, and latency.
- Strong proficiency with Google Cloud services such as Cloud Run (or GKE), Pub/Sub, Cloud Scheduler, Workflows, Cloud Logging, and Monitoring.
- Comfort working with SQL and BigQuery for reading, writing, and updating data as part of application integrations.
Preferred but Not Required
- Experience using Google-native AI tools like Vertex AI, Agent Builder, or Gemini API.
- Familiarity with APIs of CRM and customer service platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight, or Zendesk.
- Background in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations environments.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package including equity options.
- Provision of high-quality work equipment plus a home office allowance for fully remote employees.
- Healthcare benefits and leisure time insurance to support your well-being.
- Annual personal learning budget to encourage continuous growth.
- Sports and wellness allowance.
