Key Responsibilities and Experience
- Develop and design production-level solutions in Agentic AI and Generative AI utilizing frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
- Implement agent-based architectures with emphasis on orchestration, inter-agent communication protocols (A2A), and integration using Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Employ evaluation frameworks like DeepEval and RAGAS to conduct thorough pipeline testing emphasizing observability and traceability.
- Integrate applications with cloud platforms, Microsoft Graph API, and various third-party services, ensuring cross-platform deployment capabilities.
- Apply enterprise-scale application architectural knowledge, including design patterns and best practices, within Agile development environments using tools like Azure DevOps and Jira.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- 4 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in AI and software development.
- Mandatory Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102) credential.
- Deep understanding and practical experience with Large and Small Language Models, prompt engineering, Natural Language Processing, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TypeScript, or C#.
- Expertise in specification-driven and evaluation-centered development methodologies.
Desirable Attributes
- Basic knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning principles.
- Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Agent Framework, AutoGen, and related Azure AI services.
- Additional AI certifications from recognized industry providers like Microsoft Azure and Anthropic.
