We are seeking an Agency Manager/Sales Manager who will be responsible for both leading a team and handling individual sales targets within the life insurance sector. This role offers a compensation package ranging from 200,000 to 500,000 INR annually, inclusive of incentives.

- Engage in individual sales activities to drive business growth.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 1 year experience in sales or business development, preferably in sectors such as banking, financial services, insurance, or related industries.
- Graduate degree essential.
- Strong communication abilities paired with interpersonal and leadership skills.
- In-depth understanding of the local market dynamics.
- Preferred age range between 22 and 40 years.
